Transportation for seniors and individuals with disabilities around Central Indiana.
If you’re 60 years or older or a person with any disability of any age, you are invited to sign up for the My Freedom Program brought to you by CICOA and CIRTA. My Freedom Program makes traveling between counties easy and accessible for qualifying residents in Central Indiana. By signing up, you become eligible to receive a discounted ride for ANY reason including work, appointments, church or just to see a friend.
