Fixed route bus service is available in several Central Indiana communities. Where there is no fixed route service, the public can take advantage of on-demand transportation.
CATS - City of Anderson Transportation System
CATS offers six fixed routes within the City of Anderson. Buses operate Monday through Saturday on all but seven holidays.
Hoosier Ride offers weekday service connecting Anderson with downtown Indianapolis in the mornings and evenings.
Indianapolis - Plainfield

With 29 fixed routes and more than 4,000 bus stops throughout Indianapolis, IndyGo takes you where you need to be. So, hop a bus to catch a flight, get to class, get to work or just get out on the town.
South Plainfield Connector offers weekday service between Indianapolis and the warehousing/industrial park district of Plainfield, including Metropolis Mall.
North Plainfield Connector offers weekday service between Indianapolis and the Allpoints Midwest industrial park in North Plainfield/Avon.
Bus service to Indianapolis International Airport
IndyGo Route 8 provides affordable, frequent public transportation connecting Indianapolis with the airport.

Indianapolis - Whitestown
Whitestown Connector offers weekday and Saturday service between Indianapolis and the Allpoints at Anson industrial park in Whitestown.
Access Johnson County offers fixed route service in Greenwood, Whiteland and Franklin. These routes connect with IndyGo Routes 16, 22 and 31.
MITS - Muncie Indiana Transit System
MITS provides fixed route bus transportation within the Muncie city limits. Fifteen routes provide service Monday through Saturday on all but six holidays.
Hoosier Ride offers weekday service connecting Muncie with downtown Indianapolis in the mornings and evenings. Other connections available to Evansville, South Bend, Terre Haute, Vincennes, Bloomington, Ft. Wayne, Gary, Anderson and more.
The ShelbyGo Loop circulates on weekdays in Shelbyville.
Intercity Bus Service
Transportation From IUPUI to IU Bloomington - Open to the Public
The service runs four trips each weekday between the two campuses, offering a wheelchair accessible and environmentally friendly travel option for faculty, staff, students and the general public.
