PrimeLife Enrichment offers door-to-door transportation to Hamilton County residents age 50 years and older.
This transportation service may be used for:
- Medical Appointments
- Grocery
- Pharmacy
- Banks
- Fitness Facilities (PT Only)
- Library
Fares
ESSENTIAL TRIPS: No charge for client’s 60+.
NON-ESSENTIAL TRIPS: At this time, PrimeLife Enrichment does not provide non-essential trips due to the high demand for essential trips which must be prioritized.
How to Schedule a Ride
To schedule transportation, please call 317.815.7000 press option 1
All calls go to voicemail, so please leave a message with
pertinent information:
- First and Last Name of rider and if any spouse or caregiver is riding with them
- Date and Time of appointment
- Expected duration of your appointment
- Name and address of location you wish to be taken to; please include entrance or building number
- Any additional details about your ambulatory needs; wheelchair (including size), walker, cane, etc. will help us serve you better
A Brief individual assessment must be completed (by phone) to be placed on the waiting list.
- An in-person assessment must be provided by a senior driver if a wheel chair is utilized
